Wow - this place is super cute, cozy and the owners are super friendly. I wish I could have stay here longer!! Great location, great common areas, great kitchen.
Los amé!!! Fuí con mi esposo a pasar unos días por mi cumpleaños y fué lo mejor!!! Marce y Jean súper amables y conversadores. El lugar muy lindo, acogedor. Habitaciones enormes, limpias y bien equipadas. Ubicación perfecta, a pocos metros de la playa. Sin duda regresaremos! Solo un aspecto a mejorar, ofrecer instalaciones adecuadas para personas con discapacidad, solo eso, por lo demás ... excelente!!
El lugar es HERMOSO, cómodo, limpio, con varios espacios comunes tanto al aire libre como techados (un porch, un balcon con techo y el comedor), cocina super equipada, habitaciones bien amplias, comodas y completas. La ambientacion es hermosa, la ubicacion inmejorable, a 30 metros de la playa, frente a un Oxxo y cerca de muchos restaurantes. Gian y Marce son geniales. La ducha es espaciosa y tiene buena presion de agua, el wifi funciona.
De los mejores viajes, gracias a la atención de las personas. Y más del hotel itze hostel. Puedo asegurar que son de las personas o dueños más buenas personas, amables y atentos que he conocido a lo largo de mis viajes, que les puedo asegurar son muchos y muy diversos, si tienen la oportunidad quédense con ellos.
We loved the stay on Itzé, everything from the check in to check out was fast and easy. Giancarlo was attentive with us and share his story of how him and wife started their hostel. A really nice and inspiring story. My husband especially loved the stayed and the room was comfortable and spacious. A block away from the beach and really close from different restaurant.
Excelente servicio y muy buen hospedaje! Ubicado a una cuadra del malecón de Progreso casi a la altura de la Casa del Pastel (y en frente de un Oxxo). La atención fue bastante buena del personal encargado de Giancarlo y de limpieza de la sra. Mary, con todo lo que se requería, incluyendo la impecable limpieza, en 5 días no se vieron insectos ni en el cuarto ni en el baño en una zona donde es común que abunden (playa). Las áreas de hamacas/balcón, y cocina, son públicas entre huéspedes, no individuales de cada cuarto. Las camas para descanso cumplen, tambien buen aseo de las colchas. Es de planta baja y alta solo accesible mediante escalera (no hay elevador). Estancia general en este hostal fue muy buena!
